Are has more than 30 years of experience from multiple sectors including mechanical, electrical, electronics and instrumentation. His experience comes mainly from the Norwegian continental shelf. His passion is from the service industry and continuous struggle for improving procedures and equipment for all clients. An extensive experience working in the valve industry on all levels and is continuously developing material for improving skills for his coworkers. After many years seeing the challenges with selecting the correct materials for the right purpose his main goal is to implement the best material solution for all industries

Stig Andre is an experienced offshore Superintendent with a demonstrated history of working in the oil & energy industry for more than 23 years. 

Maneely working skills in the Petroleum sector, Deepwater, Offshore Drilling, and Subsea Engineering international and Norwegian continental shelf , demonstrated his skills as a high-level decision maker with satisfied customers, closely worked with bigger clients regard subsea solutions on and offshore.

He has developed a life-long burning passion for working with advanced materials to optimize industries after working with wear ad corrosion in extreme environment.

Jarle has + 20 years of relevant experience from the energy industry This includes investments, petroleum technology, project management, integrated operations, drilling & well services, material technology, coatings and more Extensive sales experience, business development & management, contracts, tenders, and negotiations. In addition, he has extensive experience in various programs for public funding and Offshore fields, including international operations 

Dr. Beukes’s extensive experience comes from his time as Application Manager Director R&D in Applied Plasma Physics, Atmospheric Chemistry and commercializing plasma reactors. He has extensive research experience from European Synchrotron Radiation Facility (ESRF), Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), University of Oslo (UiO), and University of Copenhagen (KU) With a life-long burning passion for working with and developing advanced materials, he is excited to have the opportunity to work with graphene application in a fast-moving and dynamic environment.
